Facilitate half yearly and annual reviews and necessary documentation of feedback.
Prepare employee master of annual performance appraisals, collation of performance ratings for plant.
Responsible for improvement in manpower productivity and reduction in absenteeism & attrition
Industrial Relation
Deliver timely and efficient HR Services to internal customers.
Handle all employee's/staff issues and grievances relating to performance management, compensation, transfer, process compliance across location.
Overall responsible for maintaining contact with contractors and key workmen, take feedback of workmen on policies to ensure employees relations and overall adherence to company rules and regulation
Desired Candidate Skills:
A bachelor's or master's degree from a HR domain related field.
Experience in Manufacturing or construction Industry.
2+ years of experience.
Knowledge with Statutory Compliance.
Knowledge with PF ESIC.
Contract labour management.
Must have hands-on strong MS Excel skills.
Should have excellent communications skills, be a team player, be adaptable and flexible.
Should have a proactive approach to work.
Ability to identify and resolve problems (troubleshooting).
Ability to juggle competing priorities and work well under pressure.
Ability to work independently.
