Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and implement employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Policy & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
Support appraisal processes and assist in tracking employee performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-3 years of HR experience (real estate or sales-driven industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
