Looking for a female HR Executive for Gurgaon. Company is 6 days working
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across hiring platforms.
Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
Assist in offer roll-out, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
Conduct smooth onboarding & induction sessions for new hires.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and celebrations.
Assist in surveys and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee experience.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRMS.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) and HR policies adherence.
Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, relieving).
4. Performance & Development
Support in setting KRAs/KPIs and coordinating performance reviews.
Assist in learning & development initiatives and training logistics.
5. HR Reporting & Analytics
Prepare periodic HR reports (attrition, hiring, leave, headcount).
Maintain HR dashboards to track HR metrics and improvements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
