Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRIS data.
Prepare payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and employee compliance.
Manage statutory compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, labor laws, etc.).
Draft, maintain, and issue HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, bonds, confidentiality agreements, etc.
Handle employee engagement activities, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
Support training and development programs, performance management, and appraisals.
Administration
Supervise daily office administration and ensure smooth operations.
Handle vendor management, office assets, housekeeping, and security services.
Monitor office facilities, repairs, maintenance, and supplies procurement.
Coordinate travel arrangements, company events, and meetings.
Maintain records of company assets, IT equipment, and other administrative resources.
