Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
? Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, strategy, client servicing, and digital roles.
? Source and attract top talent through job portals, social media, and networking.
? Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
HR Operations & Compliance
? Maintain and update HR records, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
? Handle leave management, attendance, and other day-to-day HR processes.
? Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Employee Engagement & Culture
? Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives tailored for the media & advertising culture.
? Support team-building activities and wellness programs.
? Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.
Performance Management & Development
? Assist in managing the performance appraisal cycle.
? Coordinate training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
? Work with leadership to foster a growth-driven work culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? 2-3 years of experience in HR within a media, advertising, or creative agency environment.
? Strong knowledge of recruitment in creative/advertising roles.
? Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS tools.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
? Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?37,000.00 per month
