About the Role

HR Executive

recruitment and payroll management

. The candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth end-to-end recruitment, accurate payroll handling, and compliance with company policies. The role is based at

Gurugram, Sector 34

Key Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Handle payroll processing with accuracy and maintain related documentation. Maintain employee records and support HR operational activities. Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements



Experience:

Minimum 2 years in HR, with strong exposure to

recruitment and payroll

.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

MS Excel

(data management, reports, payroll sheets, etc.).

Soft Skills:

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
