Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and stability questions)
Accountable for the delivery on the Recruiting Plan.
Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of Linkedin sourcing, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques
Well versed with Recruitment software and job portals.
Will work closely with Managers and Technical teams.
Plan for special recruitment drives in collaboration with Business Leads and Supervisor's guidance to meet targets.
Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios.
Work with the business, HR, and Compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
Results oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation and flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:-
Bachelor's in human resources or in a related field.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
Excellent record keeping.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of running job ads on various hiring platforms
