Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for workers, staff, and technical roles.
Coordinate with line managers for manpower planning and job descriptions.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and manage onboarding formalities.
Organize induction programs and initial training for new employees.
2. Attendance & Payroll Support:
Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and overtime records of employees and contract labor.
Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing and ESI/PF compliance.
Maintain up-to-date records in HR software (e.g., ERP/Tally HR Module).
3. Compliance & Statutory Activities:
Maintain statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Laws).
Liaise with government officials, labor consultants, and ensure timely audits and inspections.
Maintain registers as per Factories Act and other applicable laws.
4. Training & Development:
Identify training needs and support the implementation of training programs (technical, safety, soft skills).
Maintain training records and feedback for continuous improvement.
5. Employee Relations & Welfare:
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and support conflict resolution.
Organize welfare activities, health camps, and employee engagement events.
Promote safety, hygiene, and positive work culture on the shop floor.
6. HR Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain personal files, HR records, and HRMIS reports.
Prepare reports for management related to headcount, attrition, and manpower utilization.
Support ISO/TS audits and documentation for HR-related clauses.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of labor laws, ESI, PF, and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience with HR software/tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to shop floor and factory HR activities is essential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
