Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated and equipped with the necessary tools and information.
Offboarding: Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews, paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
MIS & HRMS - Maintain and Update tracker (Daily/ Monthly). Well versed in HR portal
Payroll Input - Assist in Payroll finalization in respect to attendance, leaves, expenses etc. Release of Salary slips.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and promote a positive workplace culture.
Monthly Employee Engagement: Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activities to boost morale, foster team spirit, and enhance workplace culture.
2. Administrative OversightOffice Management: Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing facility maintenance.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the executive team and other departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
3. IT CoordinationIT Support Management: Oversee the IT helpdesk operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues for employees.
System Administration: Oversee the administration of company systems and applications, including user account management, system updates, and data backups.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology,
or a related field.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, administrative management, and IT coordination, preferably in a similar role.
Skills:Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proficient in administrative and office management tasks.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in HR software, office productivity tools, and IT management software.
