: We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to support the company's recruitment efforts, administrative activities, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a working knowledge of MS Excel, and a positive attitude towards learning and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and on boarding). Maintain and update employee records and databases. Support day-to-day HR and administrative tasks. Handle attendance, leave tracking, and employee queries. Coordinate with different departments and sites for HR-related support. Assist in compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Prepare HR reports and documentation as required. Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA in HR or equivalent preferred). 0-6 months of experience in HR/Admin (internships included). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel. Familiarity with HR processes and compliance will be an advantage.
