Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or virtual interviews.
Develop and post job descriptions and advertisements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Conduct reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates.
Negotiate job offers and discuss compensation packages.
Stay up-to-date with logistics industry trends and regulations.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future openings.
Attend industry conferences, job fairs, and networking events.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status.
Work with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Evaluate and improve current recruitment processes.
