Coordinate with clients for basic follow-ups (if required)
Support the management team in organizing meetings, schedules, and HR operations
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
Good organizational and reporting abilities
Ability to manage teams and ensure task accountability
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR software
Positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in an interior design or construction company is a plus
