Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding, and administrative functions, ensuring smooth HR operations. This role requires expertise in hiring through diverse channels, managing employee lifecycle processes, and supporting office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

? Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

? Source candidates through professional sites, social media platforms, hiring agencies, networking, campus placements, and other channels.

? Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to finalize selections.

?Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management:

? Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including documentation and induction programs.

? Manage employee entry and exit formalities, including clearance and handover processes. ? Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

3. HR Operations & Administration:

? Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

? Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.

? Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

? Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

4. Office Administration:

? Coordinate with vendors, manage office supplies, and oversee administrative functions.

? Organize and support office events, meetings, and training sessions.

? Maintain records and ensure timely reporting of administrative activities.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

? Proven experience as an HR Executive, Recruiter, or similar role.

? Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR best practices.

? Familiarity with sourcing tools, professional networks, and hiring platforms.

? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

? Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

? Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.

? Experience in campus recruitment and partnerships with educational institutions.
