Exp - 3 years to 6 years in Hotel / Restaurant industry
Prefer Kota based male candidates from Hospitality sector
Knowledge of Computer system / MS-Office / Email
Knowledge of HR systems & processes
Knowledge of Recruitment & Selection, Job portals
Monitoring of existing manpower and gap analysis
Knowledge of Attendance, Leave, Payroll systems & processes
Knowledge of PF / ESI and other Employment Laws
Experience of Office Admin and Management
Preparing daily, weekly. monthly reports and variance
Submission of reports with full accuracy & within time
Controlling the collected attendance data and entry in payroll system
Reconcile employees' records and update details in their accounts
Handling follow up for long absent / sick cases / disciplinary matters and notices / letters issue
Performance monitoring of Hotel Staff and Employee Connect
Preparing CV database, scrutiny and forwarding to Hotel Manager
Coordination with Internal cross functional departments / Head-HR / Hotel Staff
Coordination with Recruitment Agencies
Good in verbal / written communication
