Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
(sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and onboarding).
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company procedures.
Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Support performance appraisal and training coordination.
Handle HR reporting and MIS.
Coordinate with internal departments on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
2-3 years of proven experience in
HR and Recruitment
.
Good knowledge of HR activities and recruitment processes.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment tools.
Experience in payroll coordination and compliance.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
