Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and business requirements.
Design, plan, and implement annual training calendars for employees at all levels.
Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.
Maintain training records, track effectiveness, and evaluate post-training feedback.
Develop employee skill enhancement and succession planning initiatives.
Performance Management System (PMS)
Drive the end-to-end Performance Management process across the organization.
Ensure timely goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluation.
Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management review.
Support in linking PMS outcomes with training, rewards, and career progression.
Committee Meeting Coordination
Plan, schedule, and coordinate organizational committee meetings (e.g., Safety, POSH, Grievance, etc.).
Prepare agendas, circulate notices, and maintain accurate minutes of meetings.
