to manage core HR functions for our hospitality vertical. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment such as hotels, restaurants, or resorts.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, especially for front-line hospitality roles (F&B, housekeeping, front office, etc.).
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
Conduct joining formalities and orientation sessions for new employees.
Ensure all documentation is in place, including contracts, ID cards, and bank details.
3. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management
Maintain attendance records and leave tracking for staff.
Coordinate with payroll department to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
Handle shift management and rotational schedules in coordination with operations.
4. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for soft skills, grooming, customer service, etc.
Ensure mandatory compliance training is completed on time.
5. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Organize team-building activities, employee engagement programs, and welfare initiatives.
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts with empathy and fairness.
6. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain updated employee files and HR records as per audit standards.
7. Performance Management
Assist in appraisals, feedback collection, and maintaining performance review records.
Support the implementation of KPIs and performance improvement plans.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration / Hospitality Management
Prior experience in hospitality HR is
highly preferred
