We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team at our RMC plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection of candidates.
2. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage payroll, and perform other HR-related administrative tasks.
3.Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, promote a positive work culture, and improve employee morale.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or construction industry.
