Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive for our Hisar office. The candidate should have hands on experience in handling complete HR activities including hiring, employee engagement, performance management, and employee exit processes. The role requires strong people handling skills and good understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

End to end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Managing employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation Handling employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture Managing employee performance reviews and coordination with management Handling employee grievances and resolving HR related issues Managing employee exit process including warning, termination, and full and final settlement Ensuring company HR policies are followed properly Supporting management in HR planning and workforce management Coordinating training and development activities when required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role Strong experience in hiring and recruitment Experience in employee engagement and HR operations Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive situations like warnings and firing professionally Knowledge of basic labour laws is preferred Organised, responsible, and people friendly attitude
