Administer the Attendance process (Computerized & Manual) of company roll, visitor and contractual workers, Late coming report, Checking of Form-12 (Attendance Register), Leave Applications (EL/PL, CL & SL), on Duty slips, On Tour slips, Overtime details, and controlling extra Overtime/Incentive hours as per requirement.

On the job induction for new recruits for quick integration into their functions.
Preparation of Training Need Analysis Plan.
Development of Training Calendar for the year.
Collation of training feedback.
In Payroll Process -
Preparation of Preparation of Payroll process, Appointment letter, Preparing Settlement, Service Certificate and Relieving order.
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
In Performance Appraisal -
Initiating Quarterly Performance appraisal followed by annual review& rewarding.
