We are seeking an HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll management, compliance, and employee engagement within a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment for nursing, paramedical, and administrative staff.
Conduct interviews, coordinate selections, and maintain candidate database.
Handle onboarding, induction, ID card issuance, document verification, and training coordination.
Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and shift schedules.
Coordinate statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
Ensure proper record-keeping as per NABH & HR audit requirements.
Maintain employee files, HRMS updates, and daily HR reporting.
Support in employee grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
Organize staff welfare activities and internal communications.
Payroll and salary process of staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in HR or relevant field.
Knowledge of HRMS, MS Office, and hospital HR practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
