We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant / Executive to support our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, event coordination, employee onboarding activities, and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage HR events and celebrations.
Handle calling activities for employee communication and HR followups.
Support in onboarding, orientation, and welcome calls for new joiners.
Draft and send welcome emails and other HR communications.
Maintain and update HR data, trackers, and reports regularly.
Assist in calendar management, meeting scheduling, and reminders.
Share meeting updates and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
0-1 year of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
