Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements for different departments
Post jobs on relevant portals and social media platforms
Actively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads
Maintain and update candidate tracker and recruitment reports
Follow up with candidates during the entire hiring process
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Maintain a strong database for future hiring needs
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Basic Excel and documentation knowledge
Ability to handle multiple positions at once
Fast and target-oriented approach
