We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and HR administration. The HR Executive will play a key role in implementing HR policies and supporting organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / PGDM, MSW in Human Resources
Experience with HRMS or payroll software
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with finance team
Manage employee engagement and welfare activities
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support performance appraisal and training initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
3-10 years of experience in HR Administration or recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
