Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Support onboarding of new employees including offer letters, joining formalities, and orientation.
2. Employee Records & HR Operations
Maintain and update employee database (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).
Ensure accurate documentation and timely filing of HR records.
3. Employee Engagement & Communication
Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
