Job Description

Organize and coordinate

training & development programs

to enhance employee skills. Plan and execute

employee engagement activities

to improve workplace culture and retention. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Support payroll by providing accurate attendance and leave data. Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, etc.). Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary actions. Prepare HR MIS and reports for management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
