Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future job openings.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies and improve the overall hiring process.
Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management.
