Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation as per statutory requirements.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
Handle payroll coordination and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. o Address employee queries, grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist in policy formulation, implementation, and HR process improvements.
Coordinate with management on manpower planning and HR strategy.
Generate HR-related MIS reports and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration/Management (MBA HR preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in manufacturing/industrial setup.
Good knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. o Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. o Proactive and detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
