HR and Admin Executive is responsible for recruitment and helping the HR and Admin Manager in his/her day-to-day activities. His/her detailed responsibilities are as under:
Responsibilities:
Recognizing the HR need. Identify the manpower needed and take them to the HR manager for approval.
Creating a job description. As per the requirement, create a JD of respective positions.
Recruitment: Recruit the required manpower for various departments using effective techniques.
Sharing the recruitment terms with the potential candidates. Share our recruitment with the interested potential candidates and resolve their queries if any.
MCQ test Conduct the MCQ tests of all technical candidates and coordinate with the technical heads to conduct their telephonic/practical tests.
Practical test. Arrange for a practical test in the case of a designer/programmer.
Verbal test. In case a candidate has successfully cleared both MCQ and a practical test, arrange for a telephonic interview.
Negotiate salary. Obtain the salary evidence and negotiate the salary.
Obtain the joining date. On finalizing the salary, obtain the joining date.
Collect the required documents and file them. Collect the documents as required by our admin department and file.
Onboarding. Perform the required steps for onboarding a candidate.
Orientation. Manage orientation of all new employees.
Data management Manage the data of all employees of each department.
Information handling. Should have the ability and commitment to handle the policy-related sensitive information as expected.
Exit formalities. Perform exit formalities of all outgoing team members.
Requirements and Skills:
Graduate/postgraduate, preferably a degree in HR.
Fresher or experienced as a core HR, preferably in an IT industry.
Good communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Meticulous.
