We are looking for a hands-on HR & People Operations Executive who enjoys working closely with people and being part of day-to-day office life. This is not a corporate, desk-only HR role. You will work with designers, social media teams, interns, and operations in a fast-moving, creative environment. The role involves hiring, people processes, culture building, and basic office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
HR & People Operations
Handle end-to-end recruitment for full-time roles and interns (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
Run and manage the intern program, including college coordination and MoUs
Manage onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave records, salary inputs, and HR letters
Maintain employee records and basic HR systems
Be the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and coordination
Support employee engagement through internal communication, small celebrations, and team activities
Office Coordination & Administration
Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and a comfortable work environment
Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry, and basic upkeep
Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and service providers
Support management with follow-ups and execution of people and office-related tasks
Who Should Apply
1 to 2 years of experience in HR or HR + Admin roles
Experience in a startup, small company, or growing setup is preferred
Comfortable working with young teams and interns
Friendly, approachable, people-focused, yet firm and professional
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities
Willing to take ownership and work in a hands-on, non-corporate environment
Important Note
This is not a corporate HR role with fixed silos and hierarchy. It is a people-first, on-ground role in a growing, creative company where HR is closely involved with daily operations and team culture.
