Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff in alignment with academic and administrative requirements
Prepare and publish job postings on appropriate recruitment platforms
Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support management in final selection
Ensure timely hiring to support smooth academic and operational continuity
Onboarding & HR Operations
Handle joining formalities, employee documentation, and verification processes
Conduct structured induction and orientation programs for new employees
Coordinate issuance of ID cards, uniforms, and maintain onboarding records
HR Data Management & Documentation
Maintain and update employee master data in HR databases and physical records
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of HR documentation
Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management
Coordinate monthly payroll processing in a timely manner
Manage attendance, leave records (CL, LWP), and leave balance carry-forwards
Ensure accurate submission of attendance and payroll-related data
Employee Relations & Statutory Compliance
Act as a point of contact between employees and management for HR-related matters
Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues professionally
Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT)
Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory timelines
Administrative & Institutional Support
Support planning and execution of school events and institutional activities
Coordinate staff duties and administrative support during events
