Designation: HR Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years

Salary Budget: ?20,000 - ?25,000 per month

Location: Iconic Shyamal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Oversee HR operations such as maintaining employee records, attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. Ensure timely and accurate handling of statutory compliances such as ESIC, PF, gratuity, labor laws, and other legal requirements. Assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures to support objectives and ensure compliance. Administer employee lifecycle activities including induction, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities. Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially. Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS data, and analytics for management review. Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture and motivation. Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and HR best practices across all departments.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and compliance. Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
