1. Manage recruitment & hiring activities end to end.

2. Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees.

3. Coordinate training and development initiatives.

4. Support healthy employer-employee relations and resolve HR queries.

5. Maintain and promote company culture and employee engagement.

6. Administer employee benefits and HR policies.

7. Ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

8. Handle disciplinary actions as per company policy.

9. Coordinate and process payroll-related activities.

10. Conduct exit interviews and share feedback with management.

Timing

: should be flexible to work at different timings.

Experience

: 1 to 3 years preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
