Key Responsibilities
End-to-End HR Operations:
Lead the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring seamless execution of payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and record-keeping.
Policy Architecture:
Design, implement, and periodically update HR policies that comply with Indian labor laws while fostering a culture of transparency and fairness.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and curate a world-class onboarding experience that integrates new hires into the company culture from day one.
Performance & Growth:
Facilitate quarterly and annual performance evaluation cycles, providing coaching to managers on how to deliver constructive feedback.
Benefits & Wellness:
Oversee employee benefit programs (Insurance, PF, Gratuity, etc.) and introduce wellness initiatives to boost morale and mental health.
Conflict Resolution:
Act as a neutral mediator in employee relations matters, resolving grievances swiftly and maintaining a high level of professional ethics.
Compliance & Audit:
Ensure the organization remains 100% compliant with local and national employment regulations and internal audit standards.
Employee Engagement:
Design and execute internal events, workshops, and team-building activities to maintain a vibrant, productive workplace environment.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or Specialist role.
Strategic Thinking:
Strong knowledge of modern HR Management (HRM) practices beyond just basic administration.
Communication:
Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to influence and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Integrity:
A proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential data with absolute discretion.
Technical Savvy:
