Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs
Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Handle grievances and disciplinary procedures professionally
Promote a positive workplace culture
HR Operations
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal data)
Prepare HR reports and documentation
Manage employee onboarding and exit processes
Performance Management
Support performance appraisal processes
Assist in setting KPIs and tracking employee performance
Coordinate training and development programs
Compensation & Benefits
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
Ensure accurate leave, overtime, and attendance records
Communicate benefits and HR policies to employees
Compliance & Policy
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
Support audits and legal requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR or administrative roles
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
