Recruiting and onboarding new employees. Managing employee benefits, compensation, and payroll. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Handling employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts. Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends. Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Assist in strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives. Maintain a positive workplace culture that promotes employee satisfaction.
