Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Handle employee joining formalities and induction programs
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Coordinate payroll activities by providing accurate attendance and salary inputs
Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
Address employee queries and handle grievances professionally
Support performance appraisal and evaluation processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Manage exit formalities including resignations, full & final settlement, and exit interviews
Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and payroll
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools/software
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Experience:- 2-3 Years
