The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for End to end recruitment process for Group level, Joining & Exit Formalities, Performance Evaluation.
Responsibilities
Recruitment of Senior Level clerical, managerial, technical and non-technical staff through portals, Job posting, advertisements, Headhunting and recruitment agencies
Shortlisting, data entry, & recruitment process handling.
Screening the Resume,
Interview Management-Coordinating Telephonic Interview and arranging personal interview with departmental Heads.
Conducting Job/ Skill tests during interview
Reference Checking
Onboarding
Prepare Recruitment MIS Report
Skills Required
Good Command to handle various recruitment portals.
Good contact of placement agencies.
Ready to Travel to various site location.
Visit Site and do head hunting for required position.
Good communication skills (English, Hindi and Gujarati)
Computer Proficiency
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Job Portals, Recruitment management Software's and Online testing portals
Age Limit
Below 35 years, Preferably Male Candidate.
Compensation
Rs 3.0 LPA pa
