Manage end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles -- sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Plan and execute campus placement drives to attract fresh talent
Conduct induction and orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration of new employees
Handle attendance and leave management and maintain accurate records
Oversee employee documentation, including verification, filing, and database updates
Draft, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
Manage offer letters, compensation discussions, and joining formalities.
Track probation, confirmations, role changes, and internal transfers.
Manage agreements, NDAs, and inter-company contracts.
Coordinate with CA/CS teams on employee-related statutory documentation.
Support administrative functions including office management, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.
Plan employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
