EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Master in Human Resource
REQUIRED SKILLS
Data Literacy: Ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate data effectively.
Strategic Insight: Using data to drive strategic decisions rather than just reporting numbers.
Project Management: Skills to manage multiple initiatives across the talent lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner effectively with different departments and leadership.

DUTIES
Sourcing & Attraction: Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, building
talent pipelines.
. Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct interviews, vet candidates, check references, and
coordinate with hiring managers.
. Offer Management: Extend job offers, explain compensation/benefits, and manage negotiation.
. Employer Branding: Promote the company on social platforms. . Employer Branding: Promote the company on
social platforms. . Pre-boarding: Prepare offer letters, welcome emails, and onboarding kits/materials.
. Orientation & Training: Conduct orientation sessions, introduce company culture, policies, and procedures.
. Logistics: Arrange hardware/software setup, access, office tours, and necessary equipment.
. Documentation: Process paperwork (contracts, payroll info), ensure compliance, and maintain personnel files.
. Integration Support: Introduce new hires to teams, answer questions, provide ongoing support, and monitor
progress. . Process Improvement: Develop and improve onboarding programs, materials, and tech.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
