Job Overview


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing key HR functions, including onboarding, employee records management, and administrative support. The HR Executive will play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and labour laws. This is an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

Prepare new hire files and facilitate a smooth onboarding process. Collect, verify, and process new hire documentation. Conduct orientation sessions to introduce employees to company policies and culture.

Employee Records Management:

Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and physical files. Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations. Assist in preparing and distributing employee communications.

Administrative Support:

Handle daily HR administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and filing. Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Support HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software, especially Keka, is preferred. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information. Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. * Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
