We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
with 1-3 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, compliance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Handle offer letters, onboarding formalities, and induction programs.
Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
HR Operations
Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Support performance appraisal cycles and HR reporting.
Assist in policy implementation and employee communication.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
Assist in conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work culture.
Exit Management
Manage exit formalities including resignation processing, F&F coordination, and exit interviews.
Maintain attrition and HR metrics reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience in the IT industry.
Freshers with good knowledge of HR can also apply.
Knowledge of IT recruitment and HR operations.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
