Daily manpower attendance coordination
Maintain statutory registers and HR documentation
Compliance Support
Support in PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Labour Law documentation
Assist during audits and inspections
ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Factory & Office Administration
Handle housekeeping, security, canteen, transport coordination
Manage stationery, uniforms, PPE, and office supplies
Vendor coordination for admin services
Accommodation Management (for outstation staff)
Maintain accommodation records
Track
security deposit records
(as used in Sahjanand Solar)
Coordinate allotment, vacating, and basic facility issues
General Administration
Maintain asset records
Support discipline, notices, circulars, and policy communication
Support events, trainings, and employee engagement activities
Qualification & Skills
Any Graduate
1-5 years experience in
factory HR & admin
Good in documentation, coordination & follow-up
Comfortable with Excel, registers, and record keeping
