Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Handle employee onboarding and HR documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Support payroll and HRMS activities
Address employee queries and promote a positive work culture
Assist in performance appraisal and HR policy implementation
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge of IT hiring processes and HR operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools

Pay: ₹12,780.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month
