We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee coordination for our security services organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment of security guards, supervisors, and office staff
Handling joining, attendance, leave, and employee records
Payroll coordination, wage calculation, and support for salary processing
PF, ESIC, and labor law compliance coordination
Handling employee grievances and discipline issues
Coordination with clients for manpower requirements
Supporting HR policies, documentation, and audits
Liaison with government departments and consultants if required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, and compliance
Experience in manpower or security service industry (preferred)
Good communication skills (Gujarati & Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Strong coordination and documentation skills
