We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, focusing on talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate the orientation process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and they are introduced to the company culture.
Maintain and update the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and physical employee files with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare official letters (Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Experience Certificates) and ensure compliance with basic labor laws.
Monitor daily attendance and manage leave records for payroll processing support.
Assist with exit formalities for departing employees.
