HR Executive

who want hands-on exposure in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities
Visit and coordinate with multiple branches (Adajan, Althan, Mota Varachha & Katargam).
Assist in
hiring and onboarding
of teaching and non-teaching staff.
Schedule and coordinate
interviews and demo lectures
.
Prepare
salary calculations
and support
salary transfers
.
Manage
HR applications, attendance, and employee records
.
Conduct
orientation and basic training sessions
for new joiners.
Support day-to-day
HR operations and coordination
with management.
Who Can Apply?
Freshers
or candidates with up to 1-2 years of HR experience
Graduation in
HR, Management, BBA, MBA, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel between branches
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Salary & Perks
Monthly Salary:
?25,000 - ?30,000
