Oversee administration of employee residential colony
Allocate and maintain records of staff accommodation
Coordinate housekeeping, cleanliness, water, electricity, and maintenance
Handle employee issues related to colony facilities
Liaise with vendors for repairs, security, and utilities
Ensure discipline and adherence to colony rules
2. Safety & Compliance Responsibilities
Support implementation of workplace health and safety policies
Coordinate safety training, induction, and awareness programs
Monitor use of safety equipment and PPE compliance
Assist in accident reporting, investigation, and documentation
Maintain safety records and compliance registers
Coordinate with safety officers and external inspectors if required
3. Administrative & Extra HR Responsibilities
Manage security staff, housekeeping, and other support services
Maintain statutory registers and internal audit documents
Assist in organizing employee welfare activities and events
Support management in disciplinary actions and policy enforcement
Coordinate medical camps, health checkups, and emergency response
Perform any additional HR or administrative duties assigned by management
