Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, design, and tech roles
Source, shortlist, and schedule interviews
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and records
Track attendance, leaves, and support monthly payroll processing
Coordinate incentives, commissions, and HR reports
Implement company policies and maintain workplace discipline
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support performance reviews and exit formalities
Requirements
Graduate or MBA in HR / Management (preferred)
1-3 years of HR experience (startup or agency experience is a plus)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of payroll and HR documentation
Organized, professional, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a dynamic and growing company
