Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Coordinate payroll inputs and HR documentation
Address employee queries and support grievance handling
Assist in performance appraisal and training activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR processes and basic labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to handle confidential information
